By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept these terms in their entirety. This consent is recorded with the date and time of your acceptance.
2. Description of Service
Gevent is a comprehensive management platform for event venues that includes, among other features: event management, sales CRM, digital guest reception, day-of-event coordination, client portal, RSVP confirmations, post-event surveys, photo gallery, kitchen panel, security control and analytics.

4. Plans and Payments
Gevent offers different subscription plans detailed on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days prior notice. The free trial period, if applicable, allows you to evaluate the service without commitment.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
By using Gevent, you agree to:

6. Guest Data and User Responsibility
You retain all rights to the data you upload to the platform (guest lists, event information, client data, etc.). Gevent does not claim ownership of your content.
By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process, store and display your content exclusively to provide you with the service. This license ends when you delete your content or close your account.
You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from your guests before uploading their personal data (name, email, dietary restrictions, etc.) to the platform. If you upload data of minors, you guarantee that you have the corresponding parental authorization.
The User indemnifies and holds Gevent harmless from any third-party claims (including guests) arising from the misuse of their personal data within the platform.
7. Uploaded Content and Intellectual Property
Gevent, including its brand, logo, design, source code, documentation and all related materials, are the exclusive property of Gevent and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability
Gevent is provided "as is" and "as available". We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee a specific uptime percentage. Availability metrics published on our site are operational goals, not contractual commitments.

11. Dispute Resolution
The parties will attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct negotiation for a period of 30 days. If no agreement is reached, any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentine Republic.
